"I have friends who I love to see and it feels like we are family here. It's like home-from-home. I get the chance to do things for myself here and to be more independant. I have learned how to cook, clean, use kitchen appliances, and do things around the home for myself like you should do. I am building my confidence travelling in the local area. I am blown away by how I have learnt to count and add so I can use money in the future independently. I am transferring my skills home and I don't feel so bored, lonely, and sad surrounded by my friends and Cherry Garden Family. I love our lunch time as the food is very nice with healthy options and we have great chats and laughs. Everyone here beleives in me and I have started to believe in myself too."
